Your plate comes with a set of screws, one short and one long for fitting on our leather halters. If you are fitting on another brand halter or a nylon halter - please order an extra set of chicago screws so that you are sure to have the right lengths for what you need.
When ordering your halter or Hybrid Lead, be sure to select a "PUNCHED" option if you would like to add a nameplate. We are not able to punch halters not already punched, but you can easily punch a halter at home with a rotary hole punch on the largest setting if you order an unpunched halter and decide you would like a plate at a later time.
